Zuzana Bátorová Vahančíková received her Master’s degree in English and French at Comenius University in Bratislava in 1998. In 2001 she received an M.Phil. degree in English literature at the University of Bergen, Norway, where she also studied Norwegian. She spent five years living and working in Norway. Upon her return, she started to work as a free-lance teacher of Norwegian and English (PLUS Academia, Skrivanek, ZUNO, ČSOB…) and as a translator of Norwegian literature. Zuzana has been teaching Norwegian courses at BISLA since 2018.
