Cole Simmons graduated from St. John’s College, Annapolis in 2009. He earned his doctorate in Political Theory from the University of Dallas in 2018. He is a former Ernest Fortin Fellow and Rumsfeld Fellow. He has taught American Constitutional Development at Baylor University and History and Political Theory at Ashland University.
